What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable automation solutions for global LAN & Wi-Fi network infrastructure.
• Design and optimize scripts to automate network operations and minimize manual intervention.
• Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high quality and consistency.
• Execute incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for network issues.
• Perform remote infrastructure upgrades across global locations in a consistent manner.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to squad members on automation best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Proven experience implementing and configuring network infrastructure.
• Certifications in HPE Aruba Networking (ACP/ACX) or Cisco Routing & Switching (CCNA/CCNP).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• English: Excellent command of spoken and written English required.
• Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with cloud platforms and open-source network monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.
• Ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
