What you will do

• Automate infrastructure and tooling to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and document performant software solutions by studying system flows and data usage.
• Design technical solutions, balancing tactical needs with strategic long-term investments.
• Implement automated tests for infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration files.
• Optimize CI/CD harnesses and automated delivery systems for reliability and availability.
• Mentor and guide less senior engineers through technical leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized distributed systems, and CI/CD.
• 8+ years of experience writing production-level code in Python or Go.
• Strong proficiency in system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Must have valid work authorization for Spain (no sponsorship provided).
