hirify.global is hiring a Senior Data Analyst to connect data and business outcomes in digital marketing and customer analytics.

What you will do

• Connect data and business by delivering insights and ensuring they are actively used to create measurable impact in digital channels and campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reporting, and perform advanced analytics to support business improvements.
• Manage stakeholders in a complex organizational environment to align analytics outputs with business priorities.
• Analyze customer and digital marketing data to identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role.
• Strong experience in dashboard development, reporting, and advanced analytics.
• Proven stakeholder management experience in a complex organizational environment.
• Strong SQL skills and advanced Power BI expertise.
• Strong affinity with digital marketing, digital channels, and customer data.
• Completed HBO or WO degree, preferably in a quantitative field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks and/or Python (PySpark).
• Power BI PL-300 certification.
