What you will do

• Manage performance media buying in Meta and TikTok for the company’s web products.
• Achieve and optimize key business metrics including EI, VS, CPA, and ROI.
• Scale user acquisition while maintaining or improving efficiency.
• Launch and validate new hypotheses to grow marketing channels.
• Implement automation workflows and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Collaborate closely with analytics, product, automation, and creative teams.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in performance media buying on Meta and TikTok.
• Proven experience managing acquisition specifically for web products.
• Experience scaling large advertising budgets while maintaining efficiency.
• Strong understanding of key metrics: CPA, ROI/ROAS, and LTV.
• Ability to manage teams of media buyers and establish effective testing processes.
• Experience in high-volume environments such as gaming, dating, gambling, or subscription-based products.
