What you will do

• Develop new B2B propositions using customer, competitor, and market insights.
• Build robust business cases to secure investment and approval for new initiatives.
• Define and manage proposition pricing, packaging, and value positioning.
• Lead go-to-market plans in partnership with Marketing, Product, and Programme teams.
• Track in-life performance to drive enhancements and ensure business outcomes.
• Manage cross-functional relationships to maintain alignment and execution across the matrix organization.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Solid experience in B2B propositions, ideally within TV or cloud voice.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability with advanced Excel skills.
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to work onsite in Osterley 3 days per week.
