What you will do
- Handle inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats for customers and distributors.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, orders, account issues, and website navigation.
- Document all interactions accurately within CRM or ticketing systems.
- Process adjustments, replacements, returns, refunds, and credits efficiently.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and promotions.
- Provide feedback to help improve internal processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure.
- Must be available to work 8:30 am - 5 pm EDT/EST.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in French, Spanish, or other European languages.
