What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor day-to-day tactical operations for regional testing roadmaps, adapting experiments for local market nuances.
• Execute technical configuration and launch of experimentation programs using advanced platforms, analytics suites, and CDPs.
• Track project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation using tools like Jira and Asana.
• Generate and disseminate clear performance reports on experimentation outcomes with detailed regional breakdowns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing, product, and localization teams, to ensure smooth deployment.
• Extract and summarize raw data and key findings from experiments for detailed interpretation by the Experimentation Lead.

Requirements

• Experience in executing A/B tests and managing regional growth initiatives.
• Proficiency in project coordination tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of A/B testing principles and ROI tracking.
• Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with global stakeholders and regional business units.
• Must be based in Porto, Portugal, and able to work in a hybrid model (4 days in office).
