What you will do
- Lead a team of field sellers to formulate and execute strategies that maximize business growth.
- Coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure through deep-dive analysis of weekly territory pipelines and forecasting.
- Engage in territory planning and relationship development to drive revenue and close opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture, mentoring the team to deliver results in bookings and forecast accuracy.
- Develop a winning team through strategic recruiting, hiring, and training.
- Communicate with C-suite executives to establish trusting relationships and influence change management.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally within the networking or security industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales pipeline management and consistent revenue delivery.
- Experience working with channel and partner sales models.
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a rapidly growing environment.
- Strong capability in managing significant client escalations and building internal consensus.
- Must have valid work authorization for Australia; no immigration sponsorship available.
