What you will do

  • Lead a team of field sellers to formulate and execute strategies that maximize business growth.
  • Coach direct reports on strategies to drive closure through deep-dive analysis of weekly territory pipelines and forecasting.
  • Engage in territory planning and relationship development to drive revenue and close opportunities.
  • Foster a high-performance sales culture, mentoring the team to deliver results in bookings and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop a winning team through strategic recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Communicate with C-suite executives to establish trusting relationships and influence change management.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS-based architectures, ideally within the networking or security industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales pipeline management and consistent revenue delivery.
  • Experience working with channel and partner sales models.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a rapidly growing environment.
  • Strong capability in managing significant client escalations and building internal consensus.
  • Must have valid work authorization for Australia; no immigration sponsorship available.
