What you will do

• Lead strategic engagement within the Australian Federal Government, focusing on the National Intelligence Community including ASD, Defence, and Home Affairs.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships across government segments to drive platform adoption.
• Develop and execute comprehensive account plans while maintaining rigorous forecasting and pipeline discipline.
• Identify and enable strategic partners (Global SIs and boutique firms) to scale hirify.global's influence across the Commonwealth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Engineers and Professional Services to ensure successful deployment and adoption.

Requirements

• Based in Canberra with an established, respected presence within the local federal government ecosystem.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas in high-growth technology firms.
• Deep specialization in the Australian Public Sector and nuanced understanding of government procurement and contracting.
• Ability to translate complex technical principles (SASE, AI, Network) into value-driven outcomes for government leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
