What you will do

• Guide and coordinate projects for bespoke banknote handling software across different countries.
• Liaise between Local Template Managers, Professional Services, and Sales to ensure clear requirements.
• Coordinate test schedules and ensure timely delivery and reporting of testing results.
• Collaborate closely with the Template Development Team to communicate issues and timescales.
• Analyze errors and logs to identify root causes of technical issues.
• Maintain accurate incident records and identify process deficiencies to improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in a discipline related to project management or product technology.
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience in project management or technical support.
• Excellent written and spoken English for communicating technical information to non-native speakers.
• Ability to review technical data, perform log analysis, and conduct technical testing.
• Must be based in Dundee, UK.
• Ability to handle urgent incidents and work under tight deadlines.
