TL;DR

DC Client Projects Manager (Fintech): Managing the onboarding of new clients and executing projects for existing clients within the Defined Contribution (DC) pension business with an accent on project governance and stakeholder coordination. Focus on streamlining transfer processes, enhancing project documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Location: Remote (Homebased), must be based in the UK

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end project management for client onboarding and change projects, ensuring effective governance.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, trustees, and advisers through meetings and detailed documentation.
  • Support asset transfer processes across DC workplace products and IOP activities.
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Operations, Legal, and Change teams to maximize new business opportunities.
  • Maintain divisional MI via Salesforce and optimize project plans and transition maps.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lead lessons-learned sessions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of workplace pension product solutions and the marketplace.
  • Proven experience presenting to external clients, trustees, and advisers.
  • Strong communication skills for clear and compelling delivery in writing and in person.
  • Ability to prioritize heavy workloads and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Must be based in the UK

Nice to have

  • Prince2 Practitioner or Agile PM qualification.
