DC Client Projects Manager

Location: Homebased remote

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for client onboarding and change projects across defined contribution workplace pension products.
• Coordinate clients, trustees, advisers, and internal teams through meetings, governance documentation, project plans, and action tracking.
• Support asset transfer processes and client transitions into Legal & General Asset Management.
• Collaborate with distribution, operations, communications, legal, and change teams on projects and workstreams.
• Contribute to pitches, tenders, site visits, sales activity, and new business opportunities.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews, improve templates and process maps, and maintain project information in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Experience and knowledge of workplace pension products and the pensions marketplace.
• Experience presenting to external clients, trustees, and advisers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, organisation, prioritisation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

• Prince2 Practitioner or Agile PM qualification, or progress toward a relevant professional qualification.
