What you will do

  • Lead the design and delivery of active fixed income and liquidity product initiatives across multiple fund structures.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including launches, enhancements, mergers, and closures.
  • Coordinate stakeholders to drive product development projects and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
  • Ensure strict alignment with governance, regulatory frameworks, and internal product policies.
  • Analyze the product range for commercial viability and identify opportunities for strategic improvement.
  • Monitor market, competitor, and regulatory developments to inform product innovation.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in asset management product strategy and lifecycle management.
  • Deep expertise in active fixed income strategies and liquidity products.
  • Knowledge of fund structures including UCITS, non-UCITS, ETFs, and separately managed accounts.
  • Experience delivering product launches and managing funds across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to influence and manage relationships at senior stakeholder levels.
  • Degree qualified, with professional certifications such as IMC, CFA, or CAIA being advantageous.
