Investments Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Investments Product Manager (Fintech): Shaping and governing the authorised fund range and Managed Portfolio Service (MPS) with an accent on regulatory compliance and customer value. What you will do

• Lead and develop a team supporting the hirify.global Investments product range.
• Own the product approval process for new funds, share classes, and Managed Portfolio Service launches.
• Design and enhance investment products to ensure alignment with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Produce and maintain Fair Value Assessments and monitor customer outcomes in line with Consumer Duty.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure strict governance and regulatory standards.
• Monitor competitor activity and market developments to strengthen the investment proposition.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in investment product management, product development, or fund governance.
• Level 4 investment qualification such as IMC, CISI Diploma, or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of the FCA Handbook, including COLL, COBS, and SYSC.
• Practical experience applying Consumer Duty, including target market reviews and Fair Value Assessments.
• Previous experience in people leadership or team management.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London or Manchester.

• Experience working with UK investment platforms.
• Knowledge of platform due diligence and fund data distribution.
• Exposure to passive investing, retirement solutions, or responsible investing.
• Experience with Sustainability Disclosure Requirements (SDR).
