What you will do

• Identify market and product trends to enable informed strategic decisions for the asset management business.
• Curate product priorities for client segments by analyzing EMEA industry data and evaluating GSAM products versus peers.
• Examine the performance and structure of the existing fund lineup to ensure market relevance.
• Assist in the early-stage design, development, and ongoing oversight of pooled vehicles, including mutual funds and ETFs.
• Develop product messaging and actionable growth ideas for senior management and investment teams.
• Utilize external data sources like Morningstar, Broadridge, and eVestment to identify addressable firm priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; minimum 3 years of financial industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the asset management industry, client channels, and vehicle mechanics (e.g., Luxembourg/Irish SICAV, ETFs).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• IMC certification required (firm sponsorship available).
• Demonstrable experience with industry data sources: Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Broadridge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• CFA certification.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, VBA, Python, or other coding skills.
