What you will do

• Develop and maintain features in the accounting product areas.
• Contribute across requirements analysis, design, implementation, test automation, documentation, and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and peers to deliver secure, high-quality solutions.
• Participate in team meetings, cross-team feature refinements, and planning sessions.
• Drive technical excellence by improving ways of working and advocating best practices.
• Understand strategy, goals, and customer needs to enhance products and maximize impact.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented or functional programming language (C# preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD and trunk-based development.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• English: upper-intermediate or higher (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise systems and the fintech domain.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn in-house tools/frameworks, including APL.
• Readiness to work in a complex accounting domain involving financial and investment-related instruments.
