What you will do
- Manage the website as a core pipeline generation channel by creating and optimizing pages.
- Own the CRO testing roadmap for landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Prioritize and execute website requests from the marketing team based on pipeline impact.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards to track traffic, conversion rates, and attribution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and design teams to improve web functionality.
- Publish monthly performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Must be based in Ireland or the United Kingdom with valid work authorization.
- Proven experience owning a web channel or program in a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency in building and interpreting performance dashboards in GA4 or HubSpot.
- Hands-on experience with CMS-based page assembly without developer dependency.
- Strong background in running CRO programs and managing testing roadmaps.
- Ability to write and edit copy optimized for web performance.
Nice to have
- Experience with CRO tools like VWO or Optimizely.
- Familiarity with developer tools, DevOps, or security software.
- Experience building web reporting infrastructure.
