TL;DR

Fullstack Engineer (AI): Building and optimizing the core platform for North, an AI workspace, with an accent on workflow builders, execution engines, and agentic integrations. Focus on shipping reliable, performant fullstack code in Python and React to enable autonomous agents to interact with sensitive enterprise data.

Location: Remote-friendly with offices in London, Toronto, San Francisco, New York City, Montreal, Seoul, Germany, and Paris.

What you will do

• Build and ship features for North, the AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents capable of interacting with sensitive enterprise data.
• Write and ship minimal, performant code for low-resource and highly secure environments.
• Collaborate with researchers to productionize state-of-the-art AI models and techniques.
• Develop observability, evaluation systems, and feedback loops for AI-powered workflows.

Requirements

• At least two years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience shipping fullstack code (Python and React) in production.
• Strong coding abilities with comfort working across the entire stack.
• Experience building and deploying performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications.
• Ability to read, understand, and modify code outside of the main codebase.
• Experience working in both large enterprise and startup environments.
