What you will do

• Configure best-practice, end-to-end experiences for global client teams using the Catalyst product suite.
• Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to operate and set up product features.
• Consult with client service teams and Marketing Operations to translate needs into technical configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in existing applications.
• Identify and implement optimization opportunities to ensure scalable and maintainable workflows.
• Explore and adopt AI-supported ways of working to improve product configuration.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application consulting, product specialist, or technical consulting roles.
• Ability to translate complex client requirements into standardized and scalable technical solutions.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-functional and distributed multicultural teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
• Experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, or Personalization platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze).
• Interest in applying AI to improve product configuration and onboarding.
• Track record of improving enablement and onboarding processes.
