Glovo, part of Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join its Leadership hiring team. In this strategic role, you’ll partner closely with business leaders, build hiring strategies across international markets, and help shape the company’s global Talent House.
Responsibilities
— Own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance
— Advise hiring managers and influence strategic hiring decisions
— Develop expertise in regional talent markets (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa)
— Create tailored sourcing and market-mapping strategies
— Leverage recruiting metrics, ATS reporting, and dashboards
— Drive employer branding initiatives and talent community engagement
— Improve hiring processes and develop innovative talent strategies
Requirements
— 5+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
— International hiring experience across different functions and seniority levels
— Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
— Advanced sourcing and market research capabilities
— Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
— Excellent networking and partnership-building abilities
— Experience in scale-ups or tech companies is a plus
