What you will do

• Perform comprehensive requirements analysis, ensuring quality and consistency in design translation.
• Manage the product backlog by prioritizing epics and translating them into features and user stories.
• Analyze current business processes and provide clear process designs to solve underlying causes of problems.
• Translate ORM, Compliance, and Legal policies and regulations into actionable design solutions.
• Manage relationships with the Non-Financial Risk and Compliance community across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure stable and maintainable NFR and Compliance application platforms.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner within the banking sector.
• Deep domain knowledge of Compliance.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and building bridges between diverse groups.
• Experience working with solutions developed by external vendors.
• Proficiency in data feeds, data modeling, and process modeling using BPMN.
• English: C1 (Advanced) level required.
