What you will do

• Bridge the gap between business experts and technical teams, translating complex needs into structured requirements and pseudocode.
• Define and articulate product objectives, scope, and constraints aligned with business goals.
• Manage backlog prioritization and write user stories and acceptance criteria using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Analyze, model, and optimize business processes to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.
• Design and execute regression testing strategies and validate product releases.
• Coach and mentor other Business Analysts to grow organizational capability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments.
• Must be based in Romania.
• Proven experience in the Insurance industry.
• Fluency in German and English is required.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/MySQL and a strong understanding of SDLC.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Miro.

Nice to have

• Experience with pseudocode writing.
• Basic technical knowledge including HTTP methods, Postman, and sequence diagrams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, Economics, or a related field.
