What you will do

• Plan, execute, and attend global industry conferences, trade shows, and influencer meetups.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, from concept development to post-event analysis.
• Build and nurture partnerships with suppliers, agencies, and external vendors.
• Collaborate with design, video, and product teams to scale brand presence.
• Evaluate event performance and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality attendee experiences and manage event-related communications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event or trade show management.
• Fluent in both English and Lithuanian.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful in-person events.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with production houses, agencies, and freelancers.
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
