Salary: €5000 - €8000 gross/month + bonus

What you will do

• Discover and test emerging acquisition channels (creator ecosystems, podcasts, affiliate networks, AI search, communities, referrals, marketplaces, and new ad platforms).
• Research and build business cases for international expansion, including localization and distribution strategies.
• Develop new revenue streams beyond traditional marketing (B2B models, retail placements, marketplace opportunities, and ecosystem monetization).
• Lead AI and automation initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing tools to reduce manual workflows.
• Run lean experimentation: define growth hypotheses, prioritize by impact/effort, launch rapid pilots, and scale what works.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Growth, Marketing, E-commerce, DTC, startups, or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of growth economics, data analysis, and performance-driven decision-making.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new business initiatives from conception to measurable outcomes.
• Experience with international expansion, complex affiliate marketing, or corporate partnerships.
• Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and operational automation platforms.
• Hybrid work in Vilnius: 3 days in the Vilnius office.
