Location: Must be based in Lithuania (Vilnius/Kaunas) with a hybrid work model (3 office days/2 WFH) and optional remote work flexibility.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and content creators on platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
• Source, reach out, and negotiate deals with brand-suitable influencers.
• Think creatively to improve performance campaigns and achieve the best results.
• Support the marketing team with operational tasks.
• Analyze campaign performance using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerBI.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, specifically affiliate or influencer marketing.
• Previous experience with YouTube campaigns.
• Advanced analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI).
• Experience with mass-outreach tools (Yesware, Mixmax, Buzzstream, or Mailchimp).

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Salesforce.
