Salary: €3,900–€5,900 gross per month.

What you will do
- Own and scale multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
- Manage, test, and optimize large-scale budgets to meet performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative teams to identify high-performing ad creatives and communication directions.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to discover growth opportunities.
- Experiment with and scale new strategies, from app installs to full-funnel conversion tactics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and PMax.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Lithuanian (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical thinking combined with creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work effectively both independently and in a team.
