What you will do

• Examine claim forms and records to determine appropriate insurance coverage.
• Analyze investigation findings to evaluate loss or damage liability.
• Interpret account insurance coverage to facilitate claim settlements.
• Calculate and approve claim payments within authorized monetary limits.
• Ensure timely issuance of claim payments and obtain necessary liability releases.
• Maintain alignment with state laws, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• P&C Adjuster License required.
• 2 years of claims adjusting experience required.
• US Work Authorization required (no visa sponsorship).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Knowledge of Collateral Protection Insurance.
• Experience with InsurTrak.
