What you will do
- Deliver a consistent approach to customer communications campaigns across all media channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, juggling multiple priorities to meet collective deadlines.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance to generate learnings and enhancements.
- Establish and influence relationships across a broad range of collaborators and partners.
- Execute creative campaigns with strong cut-through across digital advertising, content, and channel communications.
- Implement innovative ways to effectively engage customers throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proven expertise in digital campaign marketing and end-to-end campaign management.
- Experience in budget planning and budget management.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Proficiency with digital publishing and analytics tools (Email, Web, App).
- Hands-on experience with customer data management systems like Salesforce/ExactTarget and Google Analytics.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Australian internet, multimedia, telecommunications, or consumer products industry.
- Familiarity with data coordination platforms such as Pega and Lexer.
