Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 USD per year in most US locations.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs across paid media, email, events, and additional channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Lead marketing attribution efforts and build models to understand channel impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Finance) to align marketing goals with business objectives.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize performance.
- Present findings to senior leadership with clarity and strategic insight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, or a related field (master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Tableau/Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and attribution models.
- Excellent communication skills—able to translate data into compelling stories.
- Must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position.
Nice to have
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis.
- Prior work in e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth startups.
