What you will do

• Develop and implement community strategies to drive client conversion, engagement, and loyalty.
• Manage consistent messaging and interaction across social media, forums, Discord, Telegram, Kakao, and Naver.
• Actively engage with clients through webinars and discussions, responding to feedback professionally.
• Plan and execute community events, contests, and giveaways to drive excitement.
• Analyze community health metrics (sentiment, churn, engagement) to inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to integrate community feedback into product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in community or social media management.
• Proficiency in Korean and/or English/Mandarin is necessary.
• Deep understanding of client psychology and passion for trading, finance, or gaming.
• Strong copywriting skills and proficiency in platforms like Meta, X, Instagram, Discord, and Naver.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
