What you will do

• Translate mission and system-level requirements into detailed AOCS subsystem specifications.
• Perform trade-off studies for component evaluation of sensors and actuators.
• Implement GNC algorithms to support various operational scenarios and pointing modes.
• Conduct AOCS system verification using PIL, HIL, Monte Carlo simulations, and AIT.
• Collaborate with the flight software team to deploy AOCS software onto embedded controllers.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge in state estimation, control law design, orbital, and classical dynamics.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for building complex simulations and dynamic models.
• Solid understanding of satellite systems, mission analysis, and satellite operations.
• Expertise in spacecraft attitude control and determination hardware (sensors and actuators).
• Experience with model-based design verification: MIL, SIL, PIL, and HIL.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of embedded software architecture for real-time control systems.
