What you will do

• Lead cross-functional technical meetings with Software, Hardware, FPGA, Database, and Systems Engineering teams.
• Translate technical discussions into actionable tasks, deliverables, and project updates.
• Drive accountability by tracking commitments, action items, and dependencies through to completion.
• Identify and proactively escalate risks, blockers, and delivery challenges.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and critical paths to ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain project documentation, ticketing systems, and reporting tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience within technical, engineering, or embedded systems environments.
• Strong understanding of embedded software development lifecycles (SDLC) and engineering processes.
• Experience working with hardware-software integration projects.
• Proficiency with project management and ticketing tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
• Availability to work on-site in Markham on a full-time basis.

Nice to have

• Experience with FPGA, real-time systems, or VME architectures.
• Scrum Master certification.
• Background in power systems, industrial automation, aerospace, or transportation.
• Knowledge of systems integration and multidisciplinary product development.
