What you will do

• Assess and take appropriate action on user reports of hirify.global policy violations promptly and effectively.
• Prioritize swift action on sensitive community issues, including child safety, terrorism and violent extremism, and off-service behaviors.
• Review and respond to internal and external escalations.
• Participate in shift rotation for some weekends and holidays.
• Maintain expert understanding of hirify.global policies, site features, and internal documentation.
• Identify improvement opportunities using a data-driven approach; leverage AI tooling and SQL to streamline workflows and lead projects to improve investigations and the operating model.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Investigations, Fraud Prevention, Content Moderation, Escalations, Crisis Management, or a related field.
• Experience investigating complex user, content, or platform safety issues and making risk-based decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or AI-assisted workflows for identifying trends, investigating risk, and improving operational efficiency.
• Ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with cross-functional partners, including Policy, Legal, and Engineering teams.
• Location: work in Sydney, Australia.
