What you will do

• Develop the strategic roadmap for compliance investments and articulate ROI to leadership.
• Conduct gap assessments and compliance readiness evaluations across various frameworks.
• Manage third-party assessors and compliance advisors to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate audit readiness, evidence collection, and continuous monitoring with Engineering and Security.
• Support customer security reviews, RFPs, and due diligence as the internal compliance authority.
• Recruit, lead, and develop a small, high-impact compliance team.

Requirements

• 10+ years in information security or compliance.
• 5+ years leading compliance programs for commercial SaaS or PaaS.
• Deep expertise in the full compliance lifecycle, including scoping, gap analysis, and control documentation.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Legal.
• Experience managing external compliance advisory firms.
• 1–2+ years of experience using AI tools to optimize program efficiency.
