Senior Compliance Manager

Salary: $187,600–$281,400 USD, plus equity

What you will do

• Develop the strategic roadmap and business case for compliance investments, including ROI, certification sequencing, and market opportunities.
• Lead gap assessments and compliance readiness evaluations, establishing maturity baselines and remediation roadmaps.
• Select, onboard, and manage third-party assessors and compliance advisors.
• Drive audit readiness through evidence collection, continuous monitoring, and documentation management with Engineering and Security.
• Support customer security reviews, RFP responses, and due diligence discussions as the internal compliance authority.
• Build and lead a small compliance team as the program scales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in information security or compliance.
• 5+ years leading compliance programs for commercial SaaS or PaaS companies.
• Deep knowledge of compliance scoping, gap analysis, control documentation, assessment coordination, and continuous monitoring.
• Experience influencing Engineering, Product, Legal, and Sales at a senior level.
• Experience selecting and managing third-party assessors and compliance advisory firms.
• Experience building and leading small teams in fast-paced environments, plus 1–2+ years using AI tools for evidence automation, gap analysis, or continuous monitoring.
