What you will do

• Lead and expand the Trust Risk Program across security, privacy, trusted AI, resilience, and third-party risk.
• Develop program strategies, roadmaps, operating plans, metrics, organizational design, and investment priorities.
• Modernize risk operations with AI and automation while maintaining human review, validation, and governance.
• Partner with Trust, product, engineering, strategy, and program leaders to prioritize mitigation work and remove delivery impediments.
• Establish accountability mechanisms covering ownership, prioritization, escalation, aging, executive visibility, and intervention.
• Communicate program health, mitigation progress, and results to executives and divisional leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building, operating, scaling, and materially improving technical risk management programs in complex technology organizations.
• 4+ years of people-management experience in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Strong understanding of at least one Trust domain, including security, privacy, resilience, or responsible AI.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, audit, or operational workflows with appropriate data handling, human review, validation, and measurement.
• Moderate knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001, plus basic understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Excellent communication, executive briefing, stakeholder management, and consensus-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Atlassian, SharePoint, or GRC platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, cloud security, data privacy, and threat detection or prevention technologies.
• Experience in the software or technology industry and Agile cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic-thinking, and methodical execution skills.
