Senior Manager, Trust Risk (AI)

Location: Texas, USA; the role may be onsite, hybrid, or remote in the US.

Salary: $152,000–$272,250 base salary annually for U.S.-based roles.

What you will do

• Lead and expand the Trust Risk Program across security, privacy, trusted AI, resilience, and third-party risk.
• Define program strategy, roadmaps, operating metrics, capability priorities, and multi-year plans.
• Develop and scale AI-enabled risk management and automation while maintaining human review, validation, and governance.
• Partner with Trust, product, engineering, industry strategy, and program leaders to prioritize mitigation work and remove delivery impediments.
• Establish accountability mechanisms for risk ownership, prioritization, escalation, executive visibility, and stalled commitments.
• Communicate program health, mitigation progress, achievements, and decision insights to teams and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building, operating, scaling, and materially improving technical risk management programs in complex technology organizations.
• 4+ years of experience managing people in remote or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of at least one Trust domain, such as security, privacy, resilience, or responsible AI.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled risk, compliance, security, audit, or operational workflows with appropriate data handling, validation, measurement, and human oversight.
• Understanding of SOC 2, ISO 27001, audit activities, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Experience influencing technical teams, business leaders, product managers, designers, and executives, with a record of delivering measurable risk and operational improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Atlassian, SharePoint, or GRC platforms.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, cloud security, data privacy, and threat detection or prevention technologies.
• Experience in the software or technology industry and in Agile cross-functional environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, and methodical execution skills.
