Mobile Software Engineer (React Native)

What you will do

• Develop and evolve the hirify.global mobile app using React Native and TypeScript.
• Build reusable, scalable components and contribute to the app’s design system.
• Integrate REST APIs, enterprise systems, authentication flows, and Adobe AEM.
• Optimize performance, fix bugs, monitor issues, and participate in build, test, and release processes.
• Define software development guidelines and promote engineering best practices.
• Provide technical direction to external vendors and collaborate with central teams across Germany and other European regions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in mobile development.
• Strong experience with React Native and solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs and familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of authentication systems such as CIAM, Okta, or Auth0.
• Experience with Adobe AEM.
• English is required for international collaboration.
