What you will do

• Develop and execute annual business account strategies for assigned Bulgarian clients to drive performance.
• Manage partnership agreements to deliver business growth and capture new market opportunities.
• Identify and develop incremental business streams and partnerships to ensure retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, products, consulting) to break down silos and provide integrated solutions.
• Analyze market and client performance to suggest ways to grow transaction volumes and revenues.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Bulgarian and English is critical.
• Deep commercial acumen coupled with comprehensive financial and business analytical skills.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the payments industry and financial services.
• Proven influencing, selling, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain high-level partnerships with multiple stakeholders.
