What you will do

• Own the end-to-end release process, including calendars, release notes, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate internal readiness across Customer Success, Support, and Sales for all product releases.
• Serve as the primary connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.
• Establish product team operating rhythms, templates, and tools, including Jira hygiene and roadmap maintenance.
• Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure to track product quality and KPIs using Mixpanel.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a senior product role within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience building or significantly improving release processes in cross-functional environments.
• Strong proficiency with B2B SaaS tools, specifically Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to hold teams accountable and enforce standards while maintaining professional relationships.

Nice to have

• Experience standing up a Product Ops function from scratch.
• Experience operating at or alongside Director-level leadership with company-wide scope.
• Background in EdTech or higher education SaaS environments.
