Product Manager (Enterprise Event Technology)

Location: Must be based in California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Wisconsin. (Note: Employees in KS or MN must work in-office part-time).

Salary: $110,000–$125,000

What you will do

• Define and execute the product roadmap for tools, workflows, and real-time data analytics systems.
• Translate business needs from operations and leadership into clear user stories and requirements.
• Act as the primary bridge between engineering, design, and leadership to ensure alignment.
• Prioritize feature enhancements based on business impact, scalability, and user feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to define pricing models and customer education strategies.
• Analyze usage data and workflow effectiveness to drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
• Strong ability to translate complex cross-functional business needs into scalable features.
• Must be based in one of the specified US states (CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, KS, MN, MO, NE, NY, OH, OK, SC, TX, WI).
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting KPIs and business targets.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining priorities and trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Experience with event technology platforms or workflow tools.
• Background in building internal tools, dashboards, or reporting frameworks.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, or Figma.
• Interest in automation and scaling operational systems.
