What you will do
- Serve as a strategic talent partner to senior leaders and hiring managers, shaping hiring plans and data-driven recruiting strategies aligned to business goals.
- Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for complex, high-impact business roles across GTM, G&A, and operations.
- Proactively source and engage top-tier, often passive, talent using creative, targeted outreach across multiple channels.
- Lead calibrated screening and structured interview processes to ensure rigor, consistency, and a high hiring bar.
- Provide consultative stakeholder updates using market insights, pipeline data, and talent trends; influence decision-making.
- Improve recruiting workflows, interview practices, and documentation; implement scalable solutions and support workforce planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of senior-level business roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor.
- Experience hiring for business-side functions (GTM, G&A, operations), including strategic and leadership-level roles.
- Track record of building and executing sourcing strategies that produce high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines.
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights with the ability to translate data into action.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Nice to have
- Experience mentoring or coaching junior recruiters.
- Experience implementing or optimizing recruiting systems and processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Ashby, Gem, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
