Senior PMO (Consulting)

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $96,000 - $148,500

What you will do

• Manage core PMO workstreams including planning, RAID management, and financial tracking.
• Develop and manage integrated program plans across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Drive RAID processes, including escalation, resolution tracking, and dependency management.
• Produce executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitate governance forums to ensure alignment across business, IT, and delivery partners.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in program management, consulting, or large-scale delivery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Experience working on multi-workstream or multi-vendor programs.
• Strong understanding of governance, planning, and program controls.
• Proficiency with PMO tooling ecosystems such as Jira, Planview, or DevOps.
