What you will do

• Own mission design for various spacecraft including LEO operations, reentry, and rendezvous and docking.
• Develop and optimize spacecraft trajectories for launch, station-keeping, and end-of-life disposal.
• Manage technical budgets including delta-V and propellant requirements.
• Create and maintain simulation models to predict spacecraft performance.
• Ensure compliance with space debris mitigation and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with systems engineers to perform multi-disciplinary spacecraft systems trades.

Requirements

• MSc in Aerospace or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mission analysis or orbital mechanics.
• Hands-on experience with rendezvous and proximity operations.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich, Germany.
