What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and operational delivery for ELN platforms including Benchling, Dotmatics, and IDBS.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for platform support, configuration, validation, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with scientists and lab operations leads to translate requirements into scalable, compliant platform solutions.
• Ensure all platform activities meet GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 data integrity standards.
• Drive vendor relationships with enterprise SaaS providers, managing escalations and contract performance.
• Explore and incubate next-generation event-driven and passive documentation architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related field).
• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environments.
• Demonstrated expertise with ELN platforms (Benchling, Dotmatics, and/or IDBS).
• Strong understanding of GxP-regulated laboratories, 21 CFR Part 11, and computer system validation (CSV).
• Proven experience in software product management, roadmap ownership, and backlog prioritization.
• Must be based in or able to work from Boston, MA.
