What you will do

• Manage national relationships with wholesalers, specialty distributors, and specialty pharmacies.
• Oversee distribution contracts, including renewals, payment terms, and return goods processing.
• Monitor wholesaler performance, contract compliance, inventory levels, and data accuracy.
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of Market Access and Patient Support Services (PSS) operations.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for Market Access and PSS vendors to ensure service level adherence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure aligned execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade & Distribution within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship provided.
• Extensive knowledge of distribution networks and pharmacy operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, billing procedures, and government pricing regulations.
• Proficiency with healthcare datasets such as 867 and 852.
