Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week)

Salary: $119,000 - $140,000 CAD

What you will do

• Collaborate across the organization to identify and implement automation opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
• Design and develop automated solutions using Python, Ansible, Jinja, Terraform, device APIs, and GenAI.
• Triage and resolve issues within automated systems to minimize operational disruptions.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Networking focused automation engineering with a track record of successful delivery.
• Proficiency in scripting and coding languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
• Deep understanding of automation tools including Git Actions, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Arista network hardware.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MC-LAG, DNS, DHCP) and IPv4/IPv6.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their automation services.

Nice to have

• Experience with Equinix infrastructure.
