What you will do
- Support the setup, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting of media platforms and advertising technologies.
- Assist internal teams with campaign delivery, platform requests, and operational support.
- Extract and analyze platform data to provide clear insights and recommendations.
- Manage tracking solutions, including Conversions API (CAPI), tracking pixels, and Mobile Measurement Partners like AppsFlyer and Adjust.
- Perform quality assurance and validation of campaign configurations and platform implementations.
- Improve operational processes, documentation, and best practices to increase efficiency.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or campaign management.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ad Manager.
- Solid understanding of ad serving, targeting, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform root-cause analysis and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with reporting tools, spreadsheets, and platform-generated data.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok, Reddit, X, or Snapchat Ads.
- Exposure to programmatic advertising or audience activation solutions.
- Experience with reporting automation or AI-powered advertising tools.
