What you will do
- Deploy a tiered PAC framework to drive measurable merchant growth and participation.
- Build the paid media function from scratch, including co-campaigns and ROI reporting.
- Architect and launch merchant onboarding, activation, and retention journeys in Salesforce.
- Integrate B2B deal planning with Consumer CRM for unified attribution.
- Establish formal marketing-to-sales handoffs to increase pipeline visibility.
- Deploy production-ready AI agents to automate marketing workflows and content creation.
Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing leadership in fast-scaling environments, specifically in marketplace, BNPL, or retail platforms.
- Deep technical expertise in prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and AI model selection.
- Advanced Salesforce mastery for building B2B lifecycle infrastructure from the ground up.
- Proven commercial fluency with experience being measured on hard B2B funnel contributions.
- Hands-on mastery of scaling paid media channels for targeted B2B audiences.
- Must be based in or aligned with the LatAm region to support the core market.
