What you will do

  • Deploy a tiered PAC framework to drive measurable merchant growth and participation.
  • Build the paid media function from scratch, including co-campaigns and ROI reporting.
  • Architect and launch merchant onboarding, activation, and retention journeys in Salesforce.
  • Integrate B2B deal planning with Consumer CRM for unified attribution.
  • Establish formal marketing-to-sales handoffs to increase pipeline visibility.
  • Deploy production-ready AI agents to automate marketing workflows and content creation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B marketing leadership in fast-scaling environments, specifically in marketplace, BNPL, or retail platforms.
  • Deep technical expertise in prompt engineering, agentic frameworks, and AI model selection.
  • Advanced Salesforce mastery for building B2B lifecycle infrastructure from the ground up.
  • Proven commercial fluency with experience being measured on hard B2B funnel contributions.
  • Hands-on mastery of scaling paid media channels for targeted B2B audiences.
  • Must be based in or aligned with the LatAm region to support the core market.

  • Strong instinct for category creation and B2B storytelling.
  • Experience navigating multi-sided business loops and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
