What you will do

• Lead digital product discovery and innovation strategy through user research, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping.
• Define the strategic roadmap for tools enhancing provider workflows and patient experiences, including next-generation ordering and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, and Commercial teams to translate opportunities into scalable digital solutions.
• Incubate new product ideas by balancing customer value, clinical impact, and technical feasibility.
• Drive the implementation of AI-powered decision support, intelligent test selection, and personalized digital care pathways.
• Establish product success metrics and learning loops using qualitative feedback and adoption data to refine strategy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 7+ years of experience in product management or digital product development within healthcare, diagnostics, or health tech.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in the clinical genomics space.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, computer science, or health informatics.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Miro, and Figma.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
