What you will do

• Develop requirements and solution designs by collaborating with internal teams and end users.
• Partner with business owners to cultivate a shared vision, priorities, and constraints for the problem space.
• Write detailed user stories, capturing business rationale, requirements, and measurable success criteria.
• Optimize live user workflows and monitor key metrics based on user feedback.
• Develop short- and long-term roadmaps to deliver maximum value with minimum risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in analytics, product management, or similar technology roles in large healthcare organizations or SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude in data and analytics.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Proficiency in creating wireframes and conducting user research to inform decision-making.
• Knowledge of healthcare domain, specifically alternative payment models like MSSP ACOs.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or Snowflake.
