What you will do

  • Develop and maintain the market development strategy aligned with commercial priorities.
  • Build differentiated value propositions and messaging for priority audiences including health systems and IDNs.
  • Design and execute targeted programs and account support initiatives to drive adoption.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development to create high-impact enablement materials like pitch decks and competitive positioning.
  • Establish voice-of-customer processes to inform strategy and content priorities.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs and Market Access to strengthen the clinical and economic case for testing adoption.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8-10+ years of healthcare marketing experience.
  • Proven experience developing marketing strategies for complex institutional customers like health systems.
  • Strong ability to build multi-stakeholder value propositions and enablement tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear messaging.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in diagnostics, medtech, biopharma, or population health.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
  • MBA or advanced degree.
