Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Menlo Park, California (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

Salary: $150,000–$180,000

What you will do

• Own technical delivery for strategic customer deployments from discovery to production launch.
• Embed with enterprise customers to understand workflows and operational pain points.
• Architect and build custom integrations, workflows, and product extensions.
• Write production-grade code across backend, frontend, and automation layers.
• Translate ambiguous customer problems into structured technical roadmaps.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales to align deployments with business priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in robotics, computer vision, machine learning, data science, or model building.
• Strong full-stack technical capability including Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and APIs.
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex technical projects in fast-moving environments.
• Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders on technical implementations.
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and first-principles thinking.
• Must be able to work on-site in Menlo Park 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR tech, SaaS, payroll, or workforce management platforms.
• Background in forward deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Experience building integrations, workflow automation, or AI-powered operational tools.
• Previous experience at high-growth startups or customer-facing product engineering organizations.
